Mike and Kathleen passively listed our home. They did not “sell” it. They were reluctant to share any information from potential buyers which was incredibly irritating as the seller. We were left in the dark and had to constantly push for information. Very poor customer service and was made to feel belittled.

My husband and I met Mike McGraw because we were current renters in a property that he had been contracted to sell. We were a little uncomfortable with the fact that our current home would have to be shown with us living in it and even more uncomfortable about the fact we would be required to move at a moments notice when it did sell! But, much to our surprise, Mike came to us, sat down and explained the process that we were now involved in and made it clear that he respected our privacy and position. He even went further and offered his services in finding us a new home to rent, even though that is not his main forte. He asked what our preferences were for a new rental and proceeded to send out a search for a home that was just right for us. We recieved daily emails and notices with numerous homes that fit our criteria. Mike was readily available every day of the week when we had questions or wanted to view a home. He contacted property managers, other realtors and homeowners to gain access to any home we were interested in immediately upon request. We were even more amazed when we found out that he either would not be paid for these services at all and if he did it would have been a mere pittance. I guess to say "to make a long story short" is kind of a mute point by now, but to make my point....when we are ready to purchase a home, there is no one else we would trust more than Mike McGraw to meet our real estate needs.
